Artist – The author of artistic works.

Artwork – the artistic material made available for individual or organizational use.

Blacklist– The list that excludes individuals regarded as irresponsible and will no longer be eligible to use the services and works of the Artist.

Client –  The end user using the services of the Artist.

Commission – A custom made artwork ordered by the client.

General:

• English is the artist's second language. It is encouraged to use simpler terms to avoid miscommunication between the artist & client.
• Ill manners towards the artist will not be tolerated.
• Please provide a detailed description or reference sheet.
• The artist reserves the right to cancel commission(s) with or without undisclosed reasons.
• All products are digital goods only. (JPEG/PNG/PDF format)
• Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of the artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT). Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency, or a blockchain is strictly prohibited.
• Chargeback without a reason, Scamming attempts or any form of irresponsible buying will not be taken lightly and may result into being blacklisted from future inquiries.

Pricing & Payment:

• Local and International prices will be different due to the difference in currency value.
• The displayed prices are made for personal use only. Commercial prices cost more than the original prices along with different T.O.S, it will be placed upon discussion & final agreement between the parties involved.
• Payment will be made in a 50/50 instalment until the final sketch is approved and ready to proceed with the cleanup process.
• Clients can ask for free revisions up to 3 times only. More than the given amount will be charged.
• Method of payment is through Paypal Invoice (International) or M2U/MAE/TNG WALLET (Local). For local payment, please provide a receipt as proof of payment.

• It is advised to inform the artist as soon as possible if the client wants to cancel a commission within 2 weeks after the first deposit.
• Client deserves a refund based on the progress of the commission. A full refund will be made if the artist hasn't started yet or still in the sketching process. Otherwise, the client will only receive a 50% refund. </aside>
